TD Ameritrade and Charles Schwab announced their merge on October 2020. From there, the plans went into action as to how the two companies would become one.
With the goal of bringing the companies together, many of the email campaigns I was responsible for began using duel branding. Some of these emails spoke directly about the merge and what to expect while others were for events and used the duel branding to promote unity.
