The Village

Objective

Design a brand for a New York City Neighborhood.

Solution

I choose Greenwich Village for the neighborhood I'd rebrand. I wanted to refresh the idea of "The Village," where a lot of vibrant counterculture and artistic movements were taking place 40, 50, and 60 years ago. I combined a tie dye inspired color pallete with bold imagery to set the tone.
